The Role of Arbitration in Cross-border Insolvency, co-supervised by Professors Robin Hui Huang and Dicky Tsang.
RESEARCH INTERESTS AND AIMS

I am interested in company law, insolvency law and dispute resolution. With my thesis, I hope to explore the potential role of arbitration in cross-border insolvency, especially in the case of Hong Kong and Mainland China.
