THESIS TOPIC

Legal Interpretivism and the Right to Private Property in the Chinese Context, co-supervised by Professors Ryan MITCHELL and Samuli SEPPÄNEN.

RESEARCH INTERESTS AND AIMS

I am interested in Immanuel Kant’s critical philosophy and theories of rights. With my thesis, I hope to identify a pure concept of the right to private property and address the issue of justification of private property.
