Working toward a PhD in Laws, expected 2026

I am currently looking at how intellectual property and competition law affects technology transfer in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to my study, I was a diplomat and a lawyer working for the Government of Indonesia.

THESIS TOPIC
The role of Intellectual Property and Competition Law for Technology Transfer in the Pharmaceutical Industry, co-supervised by Professors Bryan MERCURIO and Sandra MARCO COLINO.
RESEARCH INTERESTS AND AIMS

I am interested in international economic law. With my thesis, I hope to influence policymaking in developing country governments to better achieve technology transfer.
