Governance of fair data usage and value distribution: from a comparative perspective, co-supervised by Professors Normann WITZLEB and Siyi LIN.
RESEARCH INTERESTS AND AIMS
I am interested in data privacy law and torts. With my thesis, I hope to explore how different jurisdictions balance individual privacy rights with the economic utilization of data.
