THESIS TOPIC

The Antitakeover Provisions in the Corporate Charters of Listed Companies in China: Evidence from the SSE STAR Board, co-supervised by Professors Chao XI and Hao ZHANG.

RESEARCH INTERESTS AND AIMS

I am interested in corporate law, financial regulation, energy and environmental law. With my thesis, I hope to observe China’s ESG investing practices and offer advice on designing ESG investing legal regime which aims to promote China’s ESG investing as a contribution to its national sustainability and carbon neutrality goals.
