THESIS TOPIC

Regulation of corporate environmental, social, and governance (‘ESG’) reporting in Hong Kong, co-supervised by Professors Chao XI and Dicky TSANG.

RESEARCH INTERESTS AND AIMS

I am interested in corporate law, corporate sustainability, and financial regulation. With my thesis, I hope to investigate how laws and regulations can be formulated to foster corporate ESG performance.
