The event will feature a discussion on Foreign Judges in the Pacific (Hart, 2021) by Anna Dziedzic (University of Melbourne, Australia). The author will offer an overview of the book, followed by comments from Erin F. Delaney (Northwestern University, USA) and Rohit De (Yale University, USA). The remainder of the time will be devoted to a general Q&A with attendees. The event will be chaired by Maja Sahadzic (University of Antwerp, Belgium), co-chair of the Committee on New Directions in Scholarship.

The event is organized by the International Society of Public Law (ICON-S) Committee on New Directions in Scholarship and co-sponsored by the Centre for Comparative and Transnational Law (CUHK LAW) and Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales (Madrid, Spain).
