Congratulations to the following five CUHK LAW professors on winning the competitive grants from the General Research Fund (GRF) and the Early Career Scheme (ECS) 2023-24 of the Research Grants Council (RGC) of Hong Kong SAR.

• Prof. Jyh-An LEE received a GRF grant of HK$688,000 for his project entitled “Reformulating Intellectual Property Damages in China”.
• Prof. Benoit MAYER received a GRF grant of HK$953,500 for his project entitled “Assessing the contribution of pro-climate judicial decision to the mitigation of climate change”.
• Prof. Michael RAMSDEN received a GRF grant of HK$952,450 for his project entitled “Strategic Litigation Before the International Court of Justice: An Empirical Case Law Evaluation into Structural Impact”.
• Prof. Dicky TSANG received a GRF grant of HK$718,000 for his project entitled “Review of Jurisdiction in Chinese Courts”.
• Prof. Shixue HU received an ECS grant of HK$484,950 for her project entitled “SOE Provisions in Regional Trade Agreements”.
