Prof. Normann WITZLEB gave expert evidence to the Parliament of Victoria (Australia) for its Inquiry into workplace surveillance. The Economy and Infrastructure Committee of the Legislative Assembly invited Prof. Witzleb to appear as a witness and to address questions related to the need for specific workplace surveillance laws in Australia, the advantages and disadvantages of a specific regulator for workplace privacy and whether the EU General Data Protection Regulation can serve as a model.
