Prof. Chin Leng LIM, Choh-Ming Li Professor of Law, attended the Second Session of the UNIDROIT/ICC Institute Working Group on International Investment Contracts which was held in Paris from 13 to 15 March 2024. The project aims to develop guidance and foster the modernisation and standardisation of international investment contracts.
