THE 10TH RED CROSS INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN LAW MOOT (2012)

Twenty teams from the Asia-Pacific region participated in the general rounds of the 10th Red Cross International Humanitarian Law Moot (2012) held on 8 March. Daphne Wong (4th year LLB student) and Ross Li (2nd year JD student) represented CUHK, assisted by Martin Li (2nd year LLB student) as researcher. The team obtained impressive scores in the general rounds and progressed to the semi-final rounds held at the High Court on 10 March. Although the team did not get through to the final, CUHK was listed as being in the top five defendant teams and Ross Li won the prize for second runner up to Best Mooter.
