CONTINUING EDUCATION FUND (CEF)

JD and LLM students may apply for reimbursement of course fees by the CEF by successfully completing any of the following electives before the end of the academic year 2022-23, subject to the fulfilment of the requirements prescribed by Government’s Labour and Welfare Bureau.

  • International Economic Law Skills
  • Law of International Business Transactions I
  • Law of International Business Transactions II

  • Principles of Commercial Law
  • Principles of Company Law
  • Principles of Contract
  • World Trade Law

The Office of the CEF does not have record of registration of these thirteen courses under the Qualifications Framework.

CUHK LAW will submit the registration record to the Office of the CEF to complete the registration in due course. This process will not affect eligible students to claim reimbursement upon successful completion of CEF reimbursable courses.
