Over 110 participants attended our online seminar on Protecting product design in China, which our alumna, Ms. Wency Yu, gave on on 11 September 2023. Wency discussed the protection of product design via trademark, copyright, design patent and anti-unfair competition law and also examined the pros and cons of each method and how to build a strong IP portfolio.
