At the CUHK LAW Alumni Online Seminar of 5 June 2025, Mr Dick Tang of Perun Consultants Limited presented an insolvency practitioner’s perspective on various aspects of restructuring, insolvency and receivership.  The seminar addressed the question why some debtors require multiple rounds of restructuring. It detailed tools available in restructuring and explored enforcement strategies in receiverships and liquidations. Finally, it anticipated key issues that could arise in the field in 2025.
