Profs. Alan GIBB and Dicky TSANG have published the third edition of “An Introduction to the Conflict of Laws in Hong Kong”

Prof. Alan GIBB and Prof. Dicky TSANG have published the 3^rdedition of An Introduction to the Conflict of Laws in Hong Kong (LexisNexis, 2024). The new edition includes the new arrangement concerning the enforcement of Mainland judgments in Hong Kong which a former student Rico Wai Ho Chan assisted in writing.
