On 10 November, Prof. Gallagher spoke at the Hong Kong Legal Week, ‘Rule of Law: A Core Pillar of Support for the “8 Centres” under the National 14th Five-Year Plan – The Art of Art Law where East meets West in Hong Kong’. He presented on “Why does Hong Kong work as a jurisdiction to resolve art disputes without going to court?”.
