Prof. Robin Hui HUANG has been invited as a legal expert to participate in a research project for the European Commission (DG JUST), entitled “Novel forms of contracting in the digital economy”, to analyse AI-enabled contracting in the digital economy and examine China’s laws and legislative developments governing AI contracting.
