Prof. Normann WITZLEB has published a co-edited book: Tort Law and Practice in Hong Kong, 4th edn (Sweet & Maxwell, 2025).

Prof. Witzleb is the general editor (together with Dr. Neerav Srivastava, and the editor-in-chief, The Honourable Mr Justice Kemal Bokhary GBM, NPJ) of a new edition of Tort Law and Practice in Hong Kong. He is also the author of the chapters “The nature and function of tort law”, “Trespass to the person”, “Rylands v Fletcher liability” and “Economic torts” in this book.

Tort Law and Practice in Hong Kong is the authoritative work on tort law in Hong Kong and frequently cited in court. In over 30 chapters, this book covers all important aspects of liability for civil wrongs in Hong Kong. Written by an expert team of practitioners and academics, the new edition  has been thoroughly revised to take account of the many recent developments in this ever-dynamic area of law.
