Prof. Luke MARSH was invited to speak at the 2nd Michele Taruffo Girona Evidence Week, which took place in Girona, Spain on 2-6 June 2025.

In the workshop titled “European Perspectives on Negotiated Justice”, Prof. Marsh presented on “Plea Environment and Incentives in Criminal Trials in England & Wales”. The moderators were Jacopo Della Torre (University of Genova) and Giulia Lasagni (University of Bologna). Other panelists were Professors Thomas Weigend (University of Cologne), Mike McConville (CUHK LAW), Mitja Gialuz (University of Genova), Michele Caianiello (University of Bologna), Wojciech Jasinski (University of Wroclaw) and Ali Emrah Bozbayindir (Bognazici University).
