Prof. Luke MARSH was invited to serve as Chair and Discussant at the Law & Society Association Annual Meeting, which took place in Chicago, USA on 22-25 May 2025. The panel discussion that Prof. Marsh participated in focused on “Managing Riskiness in the Community Pre-Trial”. Other speakers included Professors Anthea Hucklesby (University of Birmingham), Nicole Myers (Queen’s University Canada), Carolyn Yule (University of Guelph), Laura MacDiarmid (University of Guelph-Humber), and Alyssa Leblond (Queen’s University).
