Prof. Eliza MIK spoke at the conference “Governance of Technology: Discontent, Disruption, and Doubts”

Prof. Eliza MIK presented at the conference “Governance of Technology: Discontent, Disruption, and Doubts”, which took place on 17 & 18 May 2024 at King’s College London, UK. The event was organized by Professors Roger Brownsword and Larry DiMatteo and hosted a group of prominent academics in the field of technology regulation, consumer protection as well as law and technology.  Prof. Mik’s presentation, titled “Private Law and Technological Disruption”, analyzed the current landscape of technological change through the lens of private law, focusing on the legal implications of transaction automation and the pervasive deployment of artificial intelligence.
