Prof. Eliza MIK delivered a presentation on the legal intricacies of artificial intelligence (AI) and contractual intention at the “AI Contracting” conference, which took place on 9 -10 January 2025 at the University of Münster, Germany.
The conference forms part of the Münster Colloquia on EU Law and the Digital Economy, a series of events concentrating on the challenges of digitalization for European Private Law. In these conferences, taking place roughly on a yearly basis, renowned lawyers from academia and practice as well as EU and national policy makers and stakeholder representatives gather in Münster to discuss these potential legal responses to ongoing technological change.
