Prof. Eliza MIK presented at the 7th International Forum on Computational Law: Data Governance and Artificial Intelligence Legislation on the 29 November 2024. This event organized by Tsinghua University focused on the legal challenges created by the recent, unprecedented surge in technological developments.
Prof Mik’s presentation, titled “Contract Law in the Age of Artificial Intelligence”, addressed the adaptation of traditional doctrines to novel commercial practices and emphasized the need for doctrinal continuity.
