Prof. Eliza MIK participated in the Third Meeting of the Inclusive Global Legal Innovation Platform on Online Dispute Resolution (iGLIP on ODR), a meeting organized by the Department of Justice and in collaboration with the UNCITRAL (the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law). The meeting participants discussed the latest developments and harmonization efforts in the area of ODR, with special focus on the development of a unified taxonomy of various forms of technology-assisted dispute resolution.
