Working toward a PhD in Laws, expected 2026

THESIS TOPIC
The rise of progression in international law, co-supervised by Professors Benoît MAYER and Michael RAMSDEN.
RESEARCH INTERESTS AND AIMS
I am interested in international law, international environmental law, climate law and human rights law. With my thesis, I hope to define and give scope to the new norm ‘progression’ mentioned in the PA to fill the current ambiguity in interpreting this term. In this way, it will not only make further contributions and supplements to the existing environmental law principles but also provide new theoretical support for a more effective assessment of the contribution of various countries to international law.
