Emily Chow is a Managing Associate in the Corporate Department at Dentons Hong Kong, specialising in real estate transactions and property-related matters. She advises property developers and high net worth private clients on significant disposals and acquisitions—including residential properties, commercial units, and parking spaces—conducts due diligence on title and encumbrances, and handles applications for land resumption, compulsory sale for redevelopment, and stamp duty relief. Emily also represents landlords and tenants in leasing matters spanning large-scale residential and commercial projects and provides counsel to incorporated owners on tender sales.

Prior to joining Dentons, Emily gained experience as an associate in both a PRC law firm and a UK law firm. She earned her LLB in 2016 and PCLL in 2017 from the University of Hong Kong, and was admitted to practice in Hong Kong in 2020. Emily is fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
