Kasper Fan is a practicing barrister at Plowman Chambers. He is a Charles Ching Scholar of 2023. Kasper’s practice particularly focuses on criminal matters, including white collar crimes, drug related offences, sexual offences, traffic offences, dishonestly related offences, and more. He has handled cases spanning from the Magistrates’ Court to the Court of Appeal.

Kasper read his Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honors) and PCLL (Distinction) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and later obtained his Master of Laws (International Law) from the University of Cambridge.

During his time at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, he obtained more than 15 scholarships, and was actively involved in the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot, where he was an oralist, and later a coach and consultant to the team. His team won the Willem C. Vis East International Arbitration Moot in 2019-2020.
