Mr. Danny Ma joined CUHK LAW as a Professional Consultant. He was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and commenced his private practice in 2009. Shortly afterwards he started running his sole proprietorship and partnership law firms. Mr. Ma’s main practice areas were conveyancing and probate, and he also practised in family matters and civil/criminal litigations. Besides, before joining the legal profession Mr. Ma had operated his own shipping and logistics businesses for many years and acquired hands-on experience and knowledge in this trade. He was also familiar with the laws related to the regulation of estate agents in Hong Kong and regularly taught CPD courses to licensed estate agents during the past few years.

At CUHK LAW, Mr. Ma teaches Property and Probate Practice, Property Law, Family Law and Family Law Practice on the PCLL and JD programmes.
