A. STUDENT DIVERSITY

The CUHK LLB (Bachelor of Laws) is a first-degree program for high school graduates. Our students are high achievers who have either completed their high school education in local high schools and international schools, or have attended school overseas and wish to return to Hong Kong to pursue their legal education here. Additionally, there are a small number of non-local students who have chosen to study as international students in Hong Kong. The diversity of backgrounds from which our students come enriches their learning experience.

B. STUDENT QUALITY

Our students are among the top performers in Hong Kong as well as in the university. We receive a significantly higher number of applications than the available spots, and only admit around 80 students each year into the LLB program. The competition is intense, and we carefully select the most capable and deserving students who can benefit from and excel in this demanding and prestigious professional program.
