CUHK LAW hosted its first ever AI x Law Showcase event!

The AI x Law Showcase event held on 1 April 2025 was chaired by Prof. Stuart HARGREAVES. Speakers included lawyers from Skadden Arps and Johnson Stoke & Master, as well as representatives of legal technology service providers including Thomson Reuters, LexisNexis, and WiseLaw. Students learned of the many ways in which artificial intelligence is reshaping the practice of law at all levels, and were given hands-on experience with a variety of AI tools in a series of breakout sessions. CUHK LAW welcomes knowledge sharing from those in practice, and continues to provide students with as many options as possible to help prepare them for future legal careers.
