Congratulations to CUHK LAW LLB and PCLL graduate Christie Kung Yu LAM on being awarded the Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence Scheme (HKSES) 2025-26 for studying the Bachelor of Civil Law at the University of Oxford.

The HKSES is set up by the Hong Kong Government to support outstanding local students to pursue studies at world renowned universities outside Hong Kong. The Secretary for Education, Dr. CHOI Yuk-lin, officiated at the Award Presentation Ceremony of the HKSES on 26 August 2025. This year, a total of 810 applicants competed for the scholarship, among which 50 of the awardees will be pursuing undergraduate studies, and 11 will be pursuing postgraduate studies.
