Prof. Eliza MIK presented at the 17th Annual International Conference on Contracts (KCON XVII) held on 20-21 June 2024 at the University of Bristol, UK.
KCON is the largest annual international academic conference dedicated to contract law and related areas of commercial law. As part of the panel devoted to contract and innovation, Prof. Mik presented on the topic of “Generative Contracts,” addressing the controversial question whether large language models, such as GPT-4o or Claude 3, are capable of generating legally compliant and transactionally useful contracts.
