Prof. Robin Hui HUANG was invited by the Hangzhou Lawyers Association to speak on cross-border insolvency issues between Hong Kong and Mainland China.

This talk is based on research outcomes of Prof. Huang’s project on “Cross-border Listings and Regulatory Responses: Chinese Experiences and International Implications” under the RGC Humanities and Social Sciences Prestigious Fellowship Scheme 2022/23.
