CUHK LAW and SenseTime Group Limited entered into a Memorandum of Understanding today (24 April 2025). 

The MoU was signed by Prof. Chao Xi, Dean of CUHK LAW, and Mr. Jeff Shi, President, Asia Pacific Business Group and Global Head of Strategy, SenseTime. The ceremony was witnessed by CUHK’s Provost, Prof. Poon Wai-yin, and SenseTime’s Co-founder and Chief Scientist for AI Infrastructure and Large Model, Dr. Lin Dahua. 

The MoU provides a framework for CUHK LAW and SenseTime to explore the interface between technology and law, with a particular focus on enhancing access to legal information and supporting inclusive innovation.
