Prof. Eliza MIK delivered a presentation titled “Contract Law at an Inflection Point?” at the Artificial Intelligence and Scots Law: Transforming the Future Workshop on 17 February 2025. Organized by the University of Dundee and funded by the Royal Society of Edinburgh, the workshop convened a number of leading European scholars in the field of law and technology.

Prof. Mik’s presentation counterposed the technology neutral character of contractual principles to the revolutionary developments in Artificial Intelligence.
