href=\"https:\/\/www.ebram.org\/news_event_item.html?id=32\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eBRAM inaugural Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Conference 2024<\/a> titled &#8220;Navigating through maelstroms \u2013 aboard ODR,&#8221; which took place on 3 May 2024.<\/p><p>The conference, which was attended by representatives of the Department of Justice as well as senior members of the legal profession, explored two key questions: (a) does the use of ODR help or harm the bottom line for legal practice and business; and (b) how far can AI technology be applied to arbitral award drafting and during the mediation process and still be regarded as acceptable, if at all?
