On 10 November, Prof. Gallagher spoke at the Hong Kong Legal Week, \u2018Rule of Law: A Core Pillar of Support for the \u201c8 Centres\u201d under the National 14th<\/sup> Five-Year Plan \u2013 The Art of Art Law where East meets West in Hong Kong\u2019<\/a>. He presented on \u201cWhy does Hong Kong work as a jurisdiction to resolve art disputes without going to court?\u201d.<\/p>
