This publication is an outcome of Prof. Huang\u2019s project \u201cHong Kong\u2019s Regulation of Fintech in the Context of the Greater Bay Area\u201d under the CUHK Direct Grant for Research 2021\/2022 and<\/span>\u00a0\u201cThe Regulation of Fintech in China\u201d under the RGC General Research Fund 2019\/2020.<\/p>
