Prof. Dicky Tsang is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, where he currently serves as Assistant Dean (Education) and LLB Programme Director. His main research areas are private international law and company law. His scholarship has appeared in a number of leading international journals, including the Virginia Journal of International Law<\/em>, the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law<\/em>, and the Journal of Private International Law<\/em>. His work has been cited by the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the Supreme Court of Missouri, and the European Union in WTO dispute-settlement proceedings.<\/p>

Prior to joining academia, Prof. Tsang practised as a corporate finance lawyer at Linklaters and Shearman & Sterling (now A&O Shearman), working in their New York, London, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shanghai offices. He is admitted to practise in New York, England and Wales, and Hong Kong (all non-practising).<\/p>

Prof. Tsang received his LL.B. and PCLL from the University of Hong Kong. He also holds an S.J.D. from Georgetown University, an LL.M. and J.D. from Columbia University, and an LL.M. from University College London.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
