Shixue Hu is an Assistant Professor and Deputy Director of the Research Postgraduate Programme at the Faculty of Law, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Dr. Hu\u2019s research interests include international trade, investment, dispute resolution, and transnational business law. Her recent research examines the international governance of state enterprises and sustainable development. Her work has appeared in prominent academic journals, including the ICSID Review, Review of European, Comparative & International Environmental Law, Yale Journal of International Law, Michigan Journal of International Law, Georgetown Journal of International Law, UC Davis Business Law Journal, Chinese Journal of Maritime Law, Law and Social Sciences, and Peking University Financial Law Forum.<\/p>

Before joining the Faculty of Law at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Dr. Hu earned an LL.M. and a J.S.D. from Yale Law School, where she served as an editor of the Yale Journal of International Law and the Yale Journal on Regulation. She also holds an LL.B. summa cum laude<\/em> and a Ph.D. in Law from Peking University, where she was executive editor-in-chief of the Peking University Financial Forum and assistant editor of the Peking University Law Journal. She has participated in legislative projects in international economic law and financial law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
