It includes detailed discussions of 28 of the most influential FRAND cases decided in the United States, Europe, Asia, South America and the WTO covering topics such as injunctive relief, monetary damages, antitrust and competition and anti-suit (and anti-anti-suit) measures. It is anticipated that this work will serve as a valuable resource for judges, advocates and policy makers for years to come.
