This Masterclass will explore the vital and often controversial concept of Criminal defence. There will be discussion, exploration, debate and evaluation of the legal and moral importance of criminal defence, and its overriding objectives. Drawing from four decades of defending in the Criminal courts, Prof. Jeremy Dein KC<\/a> will invite consideration of a diverse selection of his serious, challenging, high profile and hotly contested criminal cases. The cornerstones of fine defence advocacy before judge and jury will also feature. The Masterclass will provide a thorough, impactful, practical and lasting education in \u201cDefending the Indefensible\u201d, with students having the opportunity to freely express thoughts and ideas.
