Prof. Jae Woon LEE has published a co-authored article “Enforcing China’s Anti-Monopoly law in regulated industries: a study of the airline industry” in the Journal of Antitrust Enforcement  (Oxford University Press) Vol 9, Issue 3, 2020.

In this article, Prof. Lee and Dr. Cai Jingmeng from Beijing University of Chemical Technology choose the airline industry as a research target to explore possible ways to restrain industrial regulators from unduly interfering in competition and to reinforce the role of the China’s anti-monopoly law.
