This seminar introduces the basic elements of AI and how it is applied in the financial industry through real case studies. It also examines the legal and regulatory implications brought about by AI and how Hong Kong regulators are responding to them.

Mr. Danny Kan, Chief Counsel, Listing & Compliance cum Joint Company Secretary of Ping An Group

Mr. Kan oversees major corporate and capital market transactions, as well as corporate governance and on-going compliance matters of Ping An Group. He also spearheads various innovative LegalTech and RegTech initiatives. Before joining Ping An Group, Mr. Kan was Counsel of a Magic Circle firm and a software engineer by training.
