At the CUHK LAW Alumni Online Seminar of 2 March 2026 our alumni, Mr Dick Tang of Perun Consultants Limited and Mr Simon Leung of Zhong Lun Law Firm LLP, gave a comprehensive and practical overview of key aspects of directors’ roles in running a business.

The seminar began with an overview of directors’ roles and key duties. It then, via examining statutory and case law, canvassed these duties. Finally, the session examined the processes and remedies relevant to challenges to breach of directors’ duties.
