CUHK LAW and EMBA (Chinese) Alumni Association Sign MoU to Enhance Legal Talent Cultivation

CUHK LAW and the CUHK Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) (Chinese) Alumni Association (EMBA Alumni Association) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 13 October 2025.

The MoU was signed by Prof. Chao XI, Dean of CUHK LAW, and Mr. Keke WANG, President of the Legal Subcommittee of the EMBA Alumni Association. Under this collaborative framework, CUHK LAW students will undertake short-term internships at law firms where EMBA alumni are employed. This initiative aims to enhance students’ practical skills and foster industry-academia integration. Through sustained cooperation, both parties will elevate the calibre of legal talent development and strengthen graduates’ employability.

Following the signing ceremony, representatives from the Legal Subcommittee of the EMBA Alumni Association engaged in a sharing session with over forty CUHK LAW students. The discussion covered various fields, including cross-border dispute resolution, technology law, and financial compliance, eliciting an enthusiastic response from students.
